Muir Omni Graphics opened its doors in 1963 as a small graphic design firm specializing in technical drawings and graphic illustrations. Proud to Be 100% Employee-Owned
Our employees are at the heart of everything we do. In 2010, we honored their passion and commitment by beginning to transition our business ownership to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. In 2019, this plan was fully adopted.
For us, this change has been about so much more than simply owning stock in a company. It’s created a greater camaraderie amongst our people than ever before because we’re all committed to one shared goal: give our best to each other and our customers every single day.

Leadership
Mary Sutton
President
Mary has 20 years of experience in human resources, accounting, and organizational management, and serves as MUIR’s President. The last 15+ years of her career have been dedicated to employee benefits and health care management and long-term strategic planning.
Andrew Muir
CEO
Andrew is a second-generation business owner with over 40 years’ experience in the graphics industry and has led MUIR for the past 35 years.
Tobbias Day
Process Control Director
Tobbias has more than 14 years of experience at MUIR in the areas of quality, process audits, and controls; continuous improvement initiatives; and root-cause analysis; and is MUIR’s resident expert on ISO 9001 quality.
Jamie Silver
Operations Director
As MUIR’s Operations Director, Jamie possesses invaluable, firsthand knowledge of the materials and equipment used in MUIR’s industrial-grade graphics production processes. He has 15+ years of experience with MUIR in purchasing and post-production operations.
James Robertson
Client Relations Director
James has over five years of experience at MUIR overseeing the Client Relations Team and assisting with company marketing efforts. Prior to joining the team, James served with the Illinois Air National Guard as a Logistics Readiness Officer for 8 years. He has also coached basketball in the area for nearly a decade.
Matt Mullins
Controller
Matt manages all accounting operations and oversees the company’s financial health. Before joining the MUIR team in May 2023, Matt held a manager position with CliftonLarsonAllen and a controller position with Heart Technologies, Inc. Matt has over eight years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
