Certified in Providing Quality & Satisfaction

MUIR Omni Graphics holds itself to the highest standards in world class manufacturing, including considerations in quality, safety, and environmental impacts. The ISO Standards to which we are certified set the bar for continuous improvements in quality & customer satisfaction as well as environment impacts.

Many companies can establish compliance to the standards, but MUIR Omni Graphics has a history of embedding elements of those standards into our culture, weaving it into the daily activities of our employees. The business objectives reviewed by leadership teams assure consistent checks are in place and value-added activities for the company’s success as well as the quality of products and services we provide to our clients.

This means:

  • Risk evaluations with any changes or improvement ideas related to our products or manufacturing processes
  • Technical Testing of product performance directly related to client expectations
  • Monitor and measurement of trends that include customer feedback / quality ratings as well as internal waste streams including any rework due nonconformances
  • Within our Quality and Compliance Management system that dictates our efforts for compliance with the two standards, there is a high emphasis on reduction of waste (both time and material) as well review of process changes that may better our abilities to consistently meet client demands.

We work to continually LIFT Muir Omni Graphics to new levels of quality by:

  • Listening to clients and prospective clients for product requirements and perceptions of our service
  • Improve continually within the framework of our ISO quality system and 6-sigma/Lean methodologies
  • Foster employee skill levels and satisfaction to work together as a….
  • Team with common goals of success

By conducting sustainable business today, we can REACH out to the future by:

  • The Reduction of Waste with an emphasis on Reducing, Reusing and Recycling
  • The Efficient use of Resources (raw materials, energy, labor, etc)
  • The Awareness training or our environmental impacts, continuous improvements, and the provision of sustainable performance information for employees, stakeholders, and the public.
